What is the Registration Fee?
$150 for leaders from Third-World Countries.
$350 for leaders from First-World Countries.
Is the Conference Registration Fee refundable? No. Sorry, there are no refunds.
What if I want to bring my son or daughter (or other friend/family member) without registering them for the conference?
Send us an email so we can make sure that there will be space to pick them up with you from the airport. (note: no childcare will be offered at the conference.)
How much is the hotel? Each hotel offers different rooms and different prices, which are listed on the 3rd section (3rd page) of the Registration Page. These prices reflect the current offers of the hotels and cannot be guaranteed.

Do I register for my housing through the hotel directly?
No. You must choose which hotel you want through the Registration page and we will reserve a room for you at that hotel.

When should I book my flights? As soon as possible. The sooner you book your flight, the cheaper it will be.
Do I need a Visa or a Letter of Invitation to fly to Ukraine?

What if I need a formal Letter of Invitation?
- Read and follow the instructions on the Visa Information page .
- Your Letter of Invitation can be obtained from a tourist agency or through the Kiev Church. If you would like the church to help you get a Letter of Invitation, register, and then you can pay for the letter and appropriate postage though the Pay Pal button on the Visa Information page .
Which Airport do I fly to?
Kiev, Borispol International Airport, KBP. The city is Kiev, the name of the airport is Borispol.
How should I get from the airport to the hotel?
If you register and arrive by Wednesday, October 8th, then we will arrange transport to your hotel. (Transport is available from the airport for those arriving on Monday, October 6th, Tuesday, October 7th, and Wednesday, October 8th). If you arrive before Monday, October 6th or after Wednesday, October 8th you will need to take a taxi to your hotel. The cost of a taxi will be approximately $30-$50.
If you leave on Monday, October 13th or Tuesday, October 14th, we will arrange transportation for you from your hotel to the airport.
If you leave before Monday, October 13th, or after Tuesday, October 14th, you will need to take a taxi from your hotel to the airport. It will cost approximately $30-$50.
Will I need a rental car?
No, once you reach the hotel, everything is within walking distance or near a metro station.
When should I arrive?
- If you are a delegate, please arrive by Tuesday, October 7th, so that we can pick you up from the airport and you will not miss any meetings. A meeting for everyone involved in the conference will be held on Wednesday, October 8th.
If you are a attending the entire conference, please arrive by Wednesday, October 8th, so that we can pick you up from the airport and you will not miss any services.
- If you are planning to attend the singles and campus conference, please arrive by Friday, October 10th. The program starts Friday night with all the ILC.
Who is invited to attend?
All church leaders, elders, staff, small group leaders,house-church leaders, Bible talk leaders, deacons, and anyone desiring to serve in leadership or interested in leadership training.
Can I attend if I am not in leadership or on staff? Yes.
How many people are expected to come? 500-1000 people (not including disciples from the Eurasian Churches)
Where will the Sunday service be held?
In the Sports Palace of Ukraine (Palats Sporty) (CHILDCARE WILL BE PROVIDED ON SUNDAY)
Are their restaurants near the conference?
Yes, the conference will be held in or near the center of Kiev. There are many English speaking restaurants, some of which can be found here: http://kievukraine.info/restaurants.htm .
